Youth leaders are usually asked to accompany youth during youth conferences. However, due to space limitations related to handcarts, food, etc., only adults who are extended callings specifically related to the trek are needed to accompany the youth. As a youth leader in your branch or ward, we need your support in encouraging your youth to attend, in continuing to assist them in their preparation that should have already started, as well as in organizing transportation for them to and from the trek location. This will be a wonderful experience for the youth and will depend upon your support. We appreciate your service in this way.
