Daily, Starting in March
Read scriptures daily.
Pray daily with real intent.
Keep a journal, writing at least once a week and think about how the journals our ancestors kept affect us today.
April
Daily goals, remember “By small and simple things are great things brought to pass” Alma 37:6
Walk or run at least 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
As a youth group watch
"Reviewing the Lessons of the Past"
, a Mormon Message for Youth by Elder L. Tom Perry.
May
Daily goals, remember “By small and simple things are great things brought to pass” Alma 37:6
Walk or run at least 20 min/day, 3 days/week
As a youth group or for FHE watch “Legacy” or “Faith in Every Footstep”.
Give registration to unit youth leader before 5/15 to be in stakes hands no later than 5/20.
Start working on clothes & packing list.
June

Learn “The Spirit of God” (hymn # 2)
Walk or run at least 25 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
July
Daily goals, remember “By small and simple things are great things brought to pass” Alma 37:6
Learn “As Zion’s Youth in Latter Days” (hymn # 256).
For opening exercises watch:
The Night my Family had Sufficient
(2 minutes)
Walk or run at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, in the shoes you’ll be wearing on the Trek.
